| WE have starting visiting aging parents in Iowa and this is the half way city. We found Comfort Suites on one of our trips and now is it perfect for our over night stay. Clean, nice front desk and great breakfast to start us on our way in the morning. Will use Comfort Suites on every trip to Iowa that we make. |

| I had low expectations of the Comfort Inn chain as a whole, as I travel a lot, and as a rule don't like to stay in 2 star hotels, for obvious reasons. HOWEVER, this hotel was lovely, clean, the staff was courteous, the rooms were clean. It was a great place to stop on our trip. |

| This property is located just of US 36 and opened in Feb. 2010. Very nice. Good breakfast. |
